By creating an account or using Nexon, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Nexon. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are solely responsible for all content you post, including photos, bios, and messages. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report or block any user at any time directly within the app.
During the Beta Phase, users who join via TestFlight may receive "Founding Member" benefits — including Lifetime Gold Membership — at no charge. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or discontinue these benefits with reasonable notice. Core features available at the time of joining will remain accessible.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Gold) are billed weekly unless cancelled before the renewal date. À la carte purchases such as Boosts and Super Likes are non-refundable once used. All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, including accounts that engage in harassment, spam, or fraudulent behaviour.
Nexon is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We do not guarantee that you will find a match or relationship through our platform.
